Comfortable central and modest hotel in an excellent position excellent right in the heart of the city center.

Not very helpful staff!

Cute and fairly clean place, awesome staff. Cosy & good unit with a 90x200 bed. Spacious bar area. Great choice for weekend

all in all, it's perfect place that has very nice staff at check-out. there is a train station walk from the hotel.

It was in an excellent and absolutely perfect location with Clock Tower nearby.

Everything is what i need and want.

Perfectly good and well-appointed hotel located near to the very city center, restaurants that recreated a lot of noise which made disturbance and Shops, restaurants, grocery, bus stops, old town. Magnificent location to the train station for food and very very helpful and attentive staff. For tea or coffee visit Beck Glatz Confiseur nearby.

The atmosphere of the hotel is cosy! The breakfast offers lots of coffee, tea and fruit. The location is marvellous and fantastic, at a short distance from a Swiss Reformed cathedral. It's in the good area just next door to the old town in Bern which is another bonus.

Great value for money, comfortable rooms and convenient self-check-in process. The central location allowed easy access to all major sights in the old town of Bern. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The breakfast selection could be improved with more variety.

It would be better that they infromed us that they are charging the bill to the credit card that was used for the reservation when we checked in. Instead we had to ask and the request for the bill to be printed.

Excellent location ,room nice and recently refurnished

The staff at this place were friendly and very welcoming, creating a cozy atmosphere.

It had very central location close to a large art museum. I enjoyed coffee, tea and fruit in the morning.

By and large, it was lovely place for sightseeing in Bern, had much fun and met helpful and attentive staff at check-out. The location was particularly good and incredible, you can visit The french Church by walking. This hotel was in a downtown area just next door to the railway station for breakfast, shops, restraurants and train stations and Berne.

Clean hotel, very helpful and attentive team members at check-out. Soundproof double room with a 90x200 bed. Ideal, magnificent location in the center of the town. And close enough to the parliament building, the centre of Bern and restaurants that recreated a lot of noise which made disturbance.

Excellent location, very clean and big rooms(room was upgraded) The staff was very friendly during check in.

terrible breakfast, only have micro wave food, cold and tasteless. even coffee also not hot enough. but bread, fruits and fruits juice served in good condition. very noisy downstair. made us can't sleep well.
